As CEO of PRC and Tournament Director of the National Bank Open in Toronto, Karl has dedicated his career to shaping the game at the highest levels. He has coached athletes from juniors to professionals, developed and operated world-class clubs across Canada, and worked with leading organizations to grow the sport globally. Beyond the court, Karl is committed to community building through the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation, which has built more than twenty-seven schools and created life-changing opportunities for thousands of children.
